Eleven people. One floor in Perintalmanna, Kerala. We choose our projects deliberately and we stay with them from the first walk of the site to the final brass detail.
Architectural Designer, Assistant Professor at Eranad Knowledge City and co-founder of Palette Curations. Rohith leads concept design and the studio's larger residential and hospitality work. A Harley rider and a Bimmer enthusiast — happiest where the road, the section drawing and the next sketch meet.
@ar.rohith.pv ↗Architect with a particular fluency in interiors and the discipline of detailing. Ihsan leads the studio's interior practice and oversees on-site execution — bringing a quiet, methodical hand to every drawing and a believer in the dignity of materials left to speak for themselves.
@ar.ihsan.ki ↗Part of the core design team behind the studio's residential work, including the Khayaal residence at Areekode.
Works across concept and design development — plans, sections and the long resolution of every detail.
Holds the structure together — translating the studio's spatial ideas into buildable, lasting frames.
Brings a careful hand to interiors and detailing across the studio's homes and spaces.
Keeps every project moving — coordinating site, consultants and the studio's drawing schedule.
A close-knit group of architects, drafters and site supervisors who carry each project from the first sketch to the final handover.
We accept eight to ten projects a year. Each one gets a partner-led concept stage of three to four weeks before any drawing begins.
We do not subcontract our design work, and we do not chase scale. The studio's growth is measured in the quality of the rooms it produces, not the count.
